IGT Shooting Gallery
Going back to the mid-nineteenth century of “Old Wild West” where the cowboy demonstrated his skills the six-shooter. IGT developed this fun and exciting 3 reel 3 coin western theme called Shooting Gallery. Where the top award is 5000 credits when 3 Wild symbols land on the payline the three coins bet. The slot player can win credits with other symbols such as red sevens, blue sevens, mixed sevens, triple bar, double bar, single bar, mixed bars, and cherries.
The bonus is initiated when a Shooting Gallery symbol on the third reel lands on the payline with max coins played. The bonus is played on the LCD screen located on the top portion of the machine. The slot player is awarded one to six bullets to shoot. The slot player will get a minimum of three bullets to shoot and will also receive additional bullet(s), up to six bullets, depending on the other symbols that land on the payline when the Shooting Gallery symbol also lands on the payline when the bonus was initiated. The slot player is then prompted to press the Spin Reel button to shoot moving mugs on the saloon bar. If the slot player hits the mug with the bullet, the mug shatters, revealing a bonus credit of 5 to 20 credits. In some instances when the mug is hit, a “Shoot at Hard Liquor” message is displayed instead of a bonus credit amount, and the player now takes shots at moving liquor bottles on the shelves behind the bar. If a bottle is hit with a bullet, it shatters, revealing a bonus credit amount of 25 to 100 credits. When all of the bullets are shot, a screen is displayed with what shots were made and the total bonus credits awarded and added to the remaining credits that were available before the bonus was initiated. The player never loses the bullet if the shot is missed. The bonus game features vary, depending upon the paytable selected.
