Top Line Slots promises our customers courteous and professional service before and after the sale.  Top Line Slots is comprised of people who take pride in every machine sold and focuses upon customer service.

Each employee at Top Line Slots has at least 11 years experience working on International Gaming Technology slot machines.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible machine with a great warranty at a competitive price.

Top Line Slots requires a one to three-day turn-around to re-furbish a slot machine, depending on the condition of the machine.

These are expensive machines and each needs to be thoroughly rehabbed and quality checked so that the machine meets each customer’s expectations.

Checklist for Top Line Slots

• Shopped out clean machine.

• Correct coin-head and coin encoder so that the coin
mechanism is set for the correct denomination.

• All buttons are in working order.

• Pull-arm mechanism in working order.

• Reel motors all spinning freely.

• Factory-imbedded bill acceptor assembly re-calibrated
to accept $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 bills.

• Correct reel and game chips in place on computer board.

• Coin hopper operation for the correct pay out in coins.

• New Battery installed on computer board.

Packaging/Shipping

Top Line Slots specializes in in-house delivery, set-up, and demonstration for the shipment of all our machines within 1000 miles radius of Cincinnati, OH. Anything past the 1000 mile radius our customers will receive an E-MAIL with the truck line’s tracking number so the status of the customer’s shipment can be tracked.

The price of our machines includes via truck lines or delivery right to the customers’ doorsteps. There are no hidden charges with Top Line Slots, Inc. Proper packaging of your slot machine is critical to insure against damage during transportation. We have taken care to make certain that your slot machine and cabinet will arrive in good condition.

If the customer refuses or returns the merchandise to Top Line Slots without pre authorization, the customer will be invoiced for all freight plus a 20 percent restocking fee to cover expenses and packaging materials.
